Reimaging an HQ for a hybrid workforce
As one of the first built projects to show what a post-pandemic workplace can function like, SCOR’s NYC headquarters relocation was designed to ensure each employee had a strong sense of belonging whether in the office or as part of the company’s agile, remote workforce. The 75,000 sqft., 2-floor fit-out delivered technology and spaces aligned with the global reinsurance company’s belief in creating an innovative and dynamic working environment to facilitate collaboration, complete with audiovisual systems designed and integrated by USIS AudioVisual as well as the IT & Communications Infrastructure/Structured Cabling.
The design/build project delivered AV for multiple flexible conferencing spaces including (13) Small Conference Rooms, (13) Medium Conference Rooms, (4) Multi-person Phone Rooms, Boardroom, (2) CEO Offices, Marketing Office, Guest Executive Offices, Divisible Room, Reception Area, and Café with Town Hall system. The project scope also included decommissioning of AV systems at SCOR’s old NYC headquarters.
